Become a Member
To become a TACHC member, please fill out the appropriate application and send it with all required attachments and original signatures to TACHC at least 30 days prior to the next scheduled TACHC Board of Directors meeting. The TACHC Board meets quarterly. Board meeting dates are posted on the TACHC events page.
All memberships are renewed automatically on an annual basis except for interim organizational memberships. The interim organizational memberships are valid for 12 months or until FQHC or FQHC Look-Alike status is achieved, whichever comes sooner.
